During your first visit, we’ll review your medical history, perform a thorough eye exam, and discuss any vision or eye health concerns. If needed, we’ll also take measurements for prescription glasses or contacts.
Please bring your current glasses or contacts as well as your insurance card and driver’s license Please plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment for pre-testing. We will email or text you intake forms prior to your visit and we request that you complete these at least 48 business hours prior to your visit.
